Getting access

Koala Tree is used by preschools, so parent accounts are set up by your child's school. If your school uses Koala Tree, ask them to add you as a parent and they will let you know how to sign in. We cannot create parent accounts ourselves, and the app only works with an account connected to a participating preschool.

Trouble signing in

  • Check with your school that your parent access has been set up, and which contact details they registered for you.
  • Make sure you are signing in with those same details.
  • Update to the latest version of the app.
  • Still stuck? Email us at support@koalatree.sg with your name, your school's name and a screenshot of what you see.

Your child's records

Photos, daily notes and other records are shared with you by your school through the app. If something in your child's profile looks wrong, or a record seems to be missing, your school can correct it, since they manage that information. If the app will not load records your school says are there, that one is for us: email support@koalatree.sg.

Reporting an app problem

The more you can tell us, the faster we can fix it. Helpful details:

  • Your device model and its software version.
  • The Koala Tree app version.
  • What you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Screenshots, if you can.

Your preschool manages your family's records; we look after the app itself.

  • Setting up or changing your parent access.
  • Enrolment, fees and payment questions.
  • Correcting your child's details or records.
  • Adding another family member to your child.

Email Koala Tree support

  • The app crashes, freezes or will not load.
  • You cannot sign in even though your school has set you up.
  • Something in the app looks broken or out of place.
